Layout of the Month & Some Blog Updates

Tomorrow is another Layout of the Month, this time using chipboard elements on your page. The naked chipboard by Fancy Pants can be altered any way you choose, whether it be Glimmer Mist, Distress Paint, Ink or Markers. So break out all of those distressing and altering paints and inks you've bought in the past and dress up that chipboard!!!!! The paper we are using this month is none other than the Breaking Free collection from My Mind's Eye, a new favorite among our customers!!!!!

We are slowly making some changes around the shop and in the "online world"! One of those changes includes adding our DT members to the sidebar of our blog. We currently have two members up and will be adding the rest in the near future.

We will also be offering classes taught by our DT members later this fall and winter, so be sure to watch for those on our calendar!

Rainy Day Blues

There is no such thing as feeling blue at the Scrapbook Cafe!!!! Why, you ask?!?! There's just too much fun to be had and today that fun begins with the Breaking Free Collection from My Mind's Eye! It's HERE and ready to be played with! So, break out all of your summer, beach, surfing, camping pictures and get ready to dive in :)
The entire line arrived yesterday and I honestly cannot decide which is my favorite, it's all so yummy!

Stop in and decide for yourself which is YOUR favorite!
And for all of you brave scrappers that decided to take on Mother Nature to go to the Scrapbook Expo in Somerset, I hope you are having an AWESOME time!

Breaking Free!

When I saw the Breaking Free Collection from My Mind's Eye, I fell in love with it! Growing up at the beach and being crazy for the summer and the ocean, there was no doubt that I was head over heels for this line! A lot of our customers have recently been asking for it too, which made it a NO BRAINER! We had to have it!

With that said, The Breaking Free Collection is ordered and will be on it's way to the Scrapbook Cafe in the next couple of weeks. I don't know about YOU but I can't WAIT!!!!!
